The Challenge: Navigating the Australian Loyalty Landscape

Over the course of an intensive one-month program, UNSW students collaborated with the On-us team to decode the competitive dynamics of the Australian market. The students underwent a rigorous journey to understand the mechanics of international expansion:

• Expansion Playbooks: Students gained deep insights into the On-us business model across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and Japan.
• Strategic Mentorship: Through face-to-face intensive sessions with Honnus Cheung and Tina Chen, participants refined their research and validated market insights.
• Actionable Outcomes: The program culminated in a final presentation to UNSW Professor Jared Harrison and On-us leadership, delivering strategic pathways for market exploration in Australia.
