About the role:

To coop with our aggressive business growth in Hong Kong, we are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Sales Operation Specialist to join our fun, professional and dedicated Hong Kong Business Development Team. This role holds a critical and cross-functional position as it will also closely partnering with our IT & product development team, business supporting team and senior management team. The Sales Coordinator also qualifies, verifies, classifies and converts sales leads and interacts with marketers and merchants to handle their CRM requests, as well as provides dailybusiness support to the Business Development Manager and the top management.

What you will do:

  • Assist the business development team to handle online customer     service enquiries, CRM projects, daily account management to key clients     and merchants, and other sales related forms and paperwork
  • Manage data for data-driven business decisions to run test on sales     and market intelligence efforts
  • Provide support to other business development and business     operation related matters for the team
  • Work closely with Marketing team to launch seasonable promotions     and update sales pitching materials
  • Assist senior management to manage data governance projects

What we expect:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, IT, Statistic, or other     related disciplines
  • 1+ year experience in team assistance ideally within sales     operations or data analysis spectrum; fresh graduate with related intern     or part-time experiences will also be considered
  • Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) and MS     PowerPoint is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, G-suits is a plus
  • Native in Cantonese and proficiency in English speaking and writing     is a MUST
  • Excellent analytical thinker and comfortable to work with large     data set
  • Good business acumen, performance-driven, confident with strong     work ethic, active and responsible team player
  • Self-motivated and with a get-it-done attitude, well adapt in a     fast-paced working environment is essential
